About Me

Hi everyone.  Thanks for stopping by my blog.  I'm Sally Hessenius and I've been a maker for as long as I can remember.  From the time I was a little girl, I have always had passion toward creating.  I love playing with color and creating is exciting to me. 

 My family is my life!  My husband and I raised a family of 4 children.   They are our pride and joy!   We are lucky now to have the title of grandparents!

Another source of joy in my life are my Boxers, Bella & Bauer.  If you've ever met a Boxer, you know they are eternal puppies and have lots of personality.   They are often in my craft room with me.  They let me know the minute the delivery man is here with new Stampin' Up! supplies.

About 5 years ago, I was introduced to Stampin' Up! and I just love the quality of the products, the coordination of all papers, ink and embellishments.  I love to create cards using all different types of techniques.  Most of all I love to inspire people to create beautiful things from the heart.  I have been blessed during my journey with Stampin' Up! to have met some of the most wonderful people!  

Oh there's one more thing you need to know about me.  I also love to crochet.   When I was a child I learned how to crochet by watching my mom.  For many years I had not picked up a crochet hook.  When one of my daughters came home from college for Christmas break, she shared with me how one of her friends had taught her to crochet.  Well lucky for me I had saved all of the supplies and tools for crochet and I picked up this great craft again.   That was about 5 years ago.   I have not stopped crocheting since!
